Production assistant
chuck studios is growing and looking for a production assistant, wanna join us to make food famous?
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in managing call sheets, scheduling, booking crew, and handling overall desk-production work.

responsibilities
- Assist in creating and distributing call sheets for shoots, ensuring all crew members are informed of schedules, locations, and other pertinent details.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are available and prepared.
- Assist in booking crew members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as organising production files.
- Provide support during shoots, including setting up equipment, managing talent, and overseeing logistical aspects of the production
requirements
- Previous experience preferred in production, preferably in film, photography, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Dutch and English.
- English Language Proficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for food and culinary industry trends is a plus.
