Chuck Studios hits KFC South Africa for delicious coffee shots
It’s time to spill the beans on how we spilled the beans with KFC South Africa. Joris Noordenbos and Erik de Koning, our liquid master, teamed up to steer an exciting coffee film.
Together, they brewed up delicious shots. Erik took charge of the liquid magic in our Amsterdam studio. Another part of the team, together with Joris, ditched the winter blues to capture live-action shots in sunny Cape Town.
This trip marked a series of exciting firsts: Erik on KFC SA, our working collab with Smokin’ Gun and our badass producer Ellen’s 1st time in SA. It was very sunny and hella busy. Big shout out to our make-up girl who kept the cast covered in sunscreen. And hats off to the team who dared to embrace the 3 am hustle, all for the love of catching that first light. Because, duh, we’re shooting coffee.
For many, this was the last shoot before Christmas. Wrapping it up filled everyone with happy holiday feelings. A big shoutout to Ogilvy SA for rocking another epic project with us.
