Santa Bremor wanted to depict the freshest fish in the sea. Chuck Studios Moscow took care of the plating of Matias in co-operation with BBDO Ukraine. We shot the food in our Amsterdam studios. Artisanal bread and crisp vegetables are the obvious supporters of the hero of this dish: The fresh herring.
