With four busy offices around the world, our recently opened London office is excited to announce the launch of a dedicated roster designed specifically to meet the UK market. The move sees renowned director and photographer Richard Jung join the ranks along with acclaimed DoP/director Jonathan Jones.
Although the office still has its global little black book of freelance talent, London is now able to offer their growing wealth of localised expertise for both domestic and international shoots. With our company’s ethos unchanged and our ability to simply ‘find the best’ and ‘to make food famous’ remaining intact the philosophy stays the same.
“By having great talent here in the UK our search to fulfil briefs starts from within” – comments Pete Ryan our UK Executive Producer. “We always assess scripts when they cross our desk and we simply match the talent to the script – not the other way round. Whether that’s from our roster or not almost becomes irrelevant but it’s a great place to begin.”
With UK agencies and brands looking for the best talent and advertisers spreading the net further afield the model adopted looks like a promising one in the territory. With BREXIT now in force having local talent is more important than ever. Although with the bonus of remote shooting suiting the tabletop discipline so well the world just got a lot smaller too.
Our London office also boasts access to some of the best talent in the UK with the likes of experienced TV director Dominic Cyriax and the established photographer Karen Thomas readily available to them.
“The niche has lots of niches to fill, and my intention is to grow our roster to fill each and every one of them.” added the UK executive.
London has a long and greatly respected reputation for food photography, so the decision as where to go in London to make food famous just got a whole easier.
